My mouse gets laggy when hovering on the wallpaper ( works normal on other apps tho) . Is this an effect? If so, how can i turn it off?

Finally. I've been trying to find a good "hacker" background for ages. This one is amazing, bonus points for apex. Even more bonus points for that top GIF lmao. It's screenshots from the game Cogmind, and someone else (maybe the dev, as he is very active and passionate) seems to have added some text on top of the menus explaining how to hack in game. It's kind of hard to make out the text, but it is 100% cogmind lol.

Awesome design! Just one little pet peeve of mine: the characters you put on (like Matrix style) I sincerely believe you used Japanese characters, not Korean
