A voice pack of Winston from Overwatch.

Contains ~290 lines.
Radio filter applied!
No references to names or settings in Overwatch.
Available for standard soldiers, Reapers, Templars, and Skirmishers. Not compatible with vanilla/non-WOTC saves.
I recommend using his voice for a Specialist, Grenadier, or Skirmisher.

@KingMeeko You can. In the XComContent.ini file of this mod's config folder, add this line:

+BodyPartTemplateConfig=(PartType="Voice", Language="none", Gender=eGender_None, TemplateName="OverwatchWinstonVoiceSpark", ArchetypeName="OverwatchWinstonVoiceMod.WinstonVoiceArchetype", CharacterTemplate="SparkSoldier", SpecializedType=true)

Then in the XComGame.int file of this mod's localization folder, add these lines:

[OverwatchWinstonVoiceSpark X2BodyPartTemplate]
DisplayName="Overwatch - Winston"
