apsychdoc68: I am not aware of any escape point, please open heat map > traversable area and check for escape points, fix any and let me know where.

Nope did nothing to change it- the kangaroos escaped too!

Apsychdoc68: sorry to hear that but you do something wrong, it is not meant for koalas and kangaroos should not have issues.

It looks great, but kangaroos (and added koala's) were able to escape easily!
