Please, no worries! I'm just super hype now that you've said that, so yeah. xD
But hey, I know people have a life, so no rush. It's entertaining to hear yukari berate you as I slowly take over everything she owns as revenge for The boundary of life and death. =3=;
I have a musically centered civ in the works, which is currently Raiko. If I'm finding it difficult to find time to make Touhou themed Civs (my main fandom), it's going to be next to impossible for me to persue any non-Touhou themed Civs. I'll keep that idea in mind, but if you want to play a Miku oriented Civ within the next year or two you're better off searching the steam workshop for now.
Sorry, it's actually been so long that I forgot which version is currently posted for DEV :S. In the pre-dev version (aka the one I have on my comp in testing), here is where it stands:
Alice: Improvements have Alice only bonuses, non-Alice only bonuses, and special boosts to Doll units on them, UB gives healing and siege promotions. Units are weaker (compared to previously) but are produced much faster.
Nitori: Completely changed. Doesn't receive sci bonuses; instead, they get unique heli and rocket units and a buff to helis and tanks. New civ to fill Sci Civ playstyle.
Yukari: The one that's the hardest to implement right now. Still jumps all over the place. Much cheaper to run now. Trying to give more options (take enemy borders or bonuses to units based on borders) through LUA code but it's not going so well.
Patchy: New Sci Civ.
Raiko: New Pop Civ with Tourism perks (in dev and may be scrapped)
