During War all New non-Air Units get +1 Movement, +1 Production and +1 Happiness and Food in every City.

Building:
Sith Archives
Replaces Public School. +1 Culture and +3 Science. +1 Science for every 2 Citizens in this City. 3 Specialists slots.

Unit:
Dark Adept
Replace Mechanized Infantry. Forces defender to retreat if it inflicts more damage than it receives. A defender who cannot retreat takes extra damage.

YnAEMP - replaces Rome

Sith Archives can be purchased by any Civ using faith

this is a pretty cool civ, but the unique building isn't actually unique to Darth Nihilus. I just played a crazy wide game and got away with some bullshit by spamming Sith Archives all over my empire as Arabia
