🌑Halloween heavily edited, 3cp version of Koth_Neigborhood

➤A ghost flies around the central point, which frightens everyone who is close. Every 2.5 minutes the town hall rings, the doors of the cinema and the town hall open, which lead to the location from the movie Scary Mansion Of Horror. All control points are blocked. Upon entering the house, you find yourself on a small easy track, at the end of which you get uber and crits.
