Hue Shift ( + Audio Response and Cursor Options)

Similar to Energy's effect, I've added Audio Response and Cursor Options
(see screenshot).

Fixed Cursor Shift.

Notes:
Created mainly as a learning process for myself (also it is good to share)!

* Energy (He was the one who asked about this effect on the forums and uploaded to w/shop in the first place).

Really bad, Audio Response is super choppy

Hello fug4life, I would like to contact you regarding this addon, as I have made some wallpapers using it but I am unable to view them in the mobile app and a Developer of the Wallpaper Engine told me to save the error log file and send it to you, that is if you're willing to give it a look and try to make this addon accessible to wallpapers on mobile too.
