Multiplayer Pop-Ups Enabled

Overview

Re-enables the following UI pop-ups that are disabled in multiplayer:

• Wonder completed videos
  
• Natural Wonder discovered videos
  
• Natural disaster videos
  
• Technology and Civic completed pop-ups (with Sean Bean quotes) - credit to Steffalon
  
• Eureka/Inspiration pop-ups - credit to Steffalon
  
• New Era banner on era change
  
• "Unit captured" notification banner
  
• Project completed video (for Space Race)
  
• Secret Societies initial discovery - credit to Steffalon

Note that there are some limitations which cannot be fixed by mods:
- The full Wonder animation for completed Wonders cannot play, but the camera will center on the city and the quote will play
- The full Natural Wonder animation upon discovery cannot play, but the camera will center on the wonder, the glow will occur, and the quote will play.

DLC Compatibility

Compatible with all DLC.

Mod Compatibility

Compatible with Proverbium.
Compatible with any mod that does not replace the affected pop-up Lua scripts.

Credits

Steffalon created the functions for re-enabling the Technology and Civic completion pop-ups, Eureka and Inspiration pop-ups, and the Secret Society discovery pop-up.
