Description

This is a map of the Southern USA with parts of Mexico. All the rivers are able to be navigated by boats.

For True star location you could probably put america and britain in the north, spain in florida, france in louisiana, maybe african civs like mali in mississippi

poundmaker and roosevelt would be the only ones i guess . . canada is too far up north and everybody else stars in central america or further south. In Civ5 we had more north american civs i think? not sure though.
