Not my video, that would be the SunkenR's video. I'd assume that the flames are a particle effect, I do not know what he used.

So in ur vid i seen the jet pack flames does that come with the model or is that a different model if so can u tell me what it is pls

Kemot has the Wattson pack in his Workshop but he has it in private mode. You would have to add him as a friend in order to view that content.
