The industrial cube droppers make sound button_synth_negative_01, which confused me, I thought that the button wasn't working. That sound is used for some locked prop doors in the SP campaign. I think you should change it to button_synth_positive_01.
The sound br_fire_lp_01 continues even after the fire is put out. Maybe use a custom soundscape?
The first puzzle has motion sensor doors with integrated fizzlers. I didn't notice the fizzlers immediately. Set them in front of the door in a flush frame.
For your prop_static robot arms, you are using the low-poly version. For where the player passes nearby, swap it out for the high-poly.
Everything else is great! I really like how vertical the first puzzle is. I also like the hidden areas. I LOVE the transition areas you have. I can't wait to see what else you do!
