[Discontinued] Plattenbau fill-in No.3 [RICO]

Hello Folks,

part of a series of East-German prefab-buildings, I present you yet another asset:

Based on the common East-German prefab-standard WBS70, this 6-floor housing block with a 5x4 footprint features detailed balconies and colormapping.
This building is mostly used to fill up leftover spaces.

There are two buildings included in this asset, a beige and a red version. Both share one texture, so you can save on RAM by using the Loading Screen Mod.

The original of this particular block is found in Potsdam
