Also could you increase the max number of land armies please? Seeing as Rome had 30 legions (in addition to auxiliaries etc) in Trajan's time I think it'd be fair to let players have more than 17 armies. Not necessarily 30 but just more than 17. Part of it is just to make it so you dont need to march your entire field army thats holding down a frontier all the way back to your military province just to update a few units
