From the makers of the EvenBetterMedicalScannerTM, we are proud to introduce the EvenBettestMedicalScannerTM (patent pending). While we previously explored the latest advances in science, biology, and health for the betterment of all races across the universe and beyond, management recently decided to chuck all of our previous endeavors out the window, in favor of the unexplored, untapped, unethical potential of the unhealthy body. Our engineers worked tirelessly without pay in order to deliver the pinnacle of unhealth science. The results were spectacular. 100% of our test subjects were permanently and instantly cured of all their ailments and diseases. Understandably, such a perfect machine could never be let on the market, so management agreed with the engineers to manufacture a ‘less effective’ solution for the masses.

Features:
- Craft a Faulty Medical Scanner by smashing apart a Station Medical Scanner at the Workbench.
- Don’t bother trying to fix it, because if no-one can mend a broken heart, what makes you think you can fix a nanobot-engineered latticework of pixels and silicon?
- It turns you blue, for some reason.
- All adverse affects can be reversed using a medkit only with a genuine EvenBetterMedicalScannerTM.
- Oh god, it doesn't get rid of the blue, oh god oh fu-

Thank you for checking this mod out. I was originally going to add all of the negative debuffs a-la Furious Cocktail style, but, bad things happen when your character dies in bed. So I was forced to spare you from the brunt of the dangerous effects I had planned. You're welcome. And I promise the blue thing does wear off eventually (10 hours? 100? uhhh...). I also promise the next mod I make will be more useful, probably something about those dang cats…

Always backup your save before trying a new mod. I've tested this one quite a bit, but there's always the chance I missed something that could corrupt your save files. If you need to uninstall, just remove the Faulty Medical Scanner from your world before you do, and you should be fine.
