由于我发现此MOD按照目前的设定基本上定型了，没有什么需要改的了，再改就是大修大补那种，容易出问题，特别是决议和事件这些，所以我决定重新再开发一个，和此MOD类似，也是从南洋开始，但是国策就不再是用军阀的了，而是汇聚了世界各国的精华还有我自己的附加，这样决议和事件就不会再有所限制了，可以放心的添加，例如向英国，苏联，葡萄牙，法国等国索要核心领土，拒绝就开战，核心就是我此MOD设定的所有核心地，一个不少。还有类似于内战之时的三大战役后的议和，可以要求CHI或者PRC选择全面投降或者继续打，还有直接像日本、苏联、英国和法国开战的国策，当然也是像我之前这个MOD一样，也是完成国策后，让这些国家选择还土地还是开战，概率当然就是55或者28这种，由于那个MOD的结构原因这功能没法实现，所以打算在这个新MOD中实现。还有就是通过决议影响澳洲、新西兰、加拿大脱离英联邦，还有改成本国一样的执政党，然后加入联盟，嗯还有土耳其，这个可是亚欧的中心，不能少了，是通向打碎欧洲的必经之路。

2020/07/13
修复了少许BUG，并且将迁都攻能实现了，战胜民国后可以选择迁都了，除了原本的都城外，还有三个城市备选，所以总共有4个城市可供选择，还有和临近的两个派系，滇系和桂系可以发生边境冲突掠夺土地了。还有移除了法国控制的东南亚，并且成了可占领的傀儡国。另外，抗日统一战线依旧不能使用，正在努力修复中。。。
Fix some bugs, and move capital is available after you win China , there are 3 cities you can choose, besides, border war is also available with YUN and GXC, but WTT with CHI to against japan is still not available, i'm trying to fix it.

2020/07/14
经过测试，其它军阀选择联合国民党，成功后也会变成中国，所以也就是只要军阀完成左边的国策都会成为中国，因此建议只用右边的国策，也就是反对者，这样就不会有两个中国了，所以这个不是BUG，就不再修复了，专心研究抗日统一战线。
I found that all of the china warlord choose the left line focus, when you done, you will become another china, i means there are 2 more china before you unite all warlord and national china, so i suggest you choose the right line focus, therefore, this is not a bug, so i will not fix it, and focus on WTT China

修复了一些BUG，并且调整了大量文本，对应的军阀国策也做了小幅度调整，受益者只限自己的国家，统一战线现在可以通过决议正式加入了，不过民国可能会拒绝，因为选择的是最右边的线路，当然选左边也行，但是夺权后你如果还没消灭民国便进入民国国策就会出现两个中国，调整和修改依旧继续中。
Fix some bugs and adjust much more txt, also do some change in warlord national focus, WTT is now available via the decision, but you will be refused because of the right line focus, however, if you choose left, you may not be refused , you need to annex chi before your focus become china focus, or there are two CHI exists. Anyway, I will keep fixing

修复了一些TXT文本显示的错误，另外新增了民国和共产建立统一战线的时候会被拉进去，当然也可以拒绝，因为我新增了一个可以建立阵营的国策，国策的名字是英文的问题已经解决，并且大量词条已经手工汉化了，不过建议搭配52汉化一起使用。基础特工数量上限增加到3人，拓展可到5人。
Fix some bugs, also while CHI create the unite front with PRC, our country will be invited, and you can refuse, then I add a new focus to create a faction, but there is a little problem, the focus name shows english has been translated to Chinese, I recommend book 52 translation. Besides, I Increase operative slot to 3 and the maximize slot up to 5.
修正部分BUG，汉化了调整了部分词条，并且将决议中加入统一战线的限制国策从反对者调整到对抗当局，因此在选择对抗当局这个国策之前都能加入统一战线，注意，加了统一战线后不要夺取领导权！！！不要躲去领导权！！！不要躲去领导权！！！重要的事情说三遍，不然无法退出阵营，我添加的国策就不能点了，就会少一个民族精神BUFF！

2020/07/18 民国国策中帝国遗产那一列，征服日本国策旁边增加了一个声讨苏联，也就是跟苏联开战的国策，我原本的计划是打算弄成一个双选，第一是让苏联选择交还当年满清签条约时交出去的土地接着增加核心然后中苏不开战，第二是苏联拒绝归还，然后中苏开战，那些地方添加为中国的核心，但是可惜我弄了整整一天都没成功，国策决议等我都尝试加了上去，但还是失败了，涉及的东西太多了，所以我暂时放弃了，为了这个我这几天一直在打代码，脑子都要炸了，等以后脑子清醒后再弄。

The next one is Sovient Union refuse return the territory and China will fight against with Soivent Union and also add the core. I have try a lot, lhm, i means i do a whole day, to change decisions, events, and others, however, i failed, which make my brain into a mass, i give up temporarily. Maybe I will keep trying again while I have a enough rest, cause I have taken a long time in here , more than 8 hours per day.
