Stepmania Default Noteskin

Description
This is a noteskin completely based from Stepmania 5's default noteskin.
Sorry about the number that are possibly getting in the way. I prefer details that's why I did it like that.
You can edit the skin.ini if you want.

these are broken on upscroll but can easily be fixed by setting FlipNoteImagesOnUpscroll to false
