Description

Daedalus-class Stratofortress.

Hoverbugged flying mobile base with full crafting facilities. Includes custom control scheme.

Full Hawkeye shield coverage, full mixed GeoCorp/Hawkeye repair bubble coverage. Eight BMBs, four Type 45s, eight Zeus laser turrets. This is not truly meant for a knock-down drag-out fight, but instead to hover above raining down fire with impunity should the need arise.

The only scrapper present is the Venture scrapper. This is because I converted all of my resource blocks to Venture resource blocks to minimize waste -- Venture blocks only hold 8 nuggets vs. 24 for GSO, so if you only need two nuggets of resource, there will only be 6 left over instead of 22.

this tech is insane and i wish the workshop had more like it,the only complain i have with it is it doesn't easily allow the changing of scrappers or adding different fabricators i tried to put a geocorp scrapper on it and i had to remove the geo refinery just to fins out its sitting on top of all the batteries, it doesn't detract from the effort put in here but it does make the tech not amazingly useful for my needs

This looks and sounds extremely cool!

Congrats on making something like this. I know from experience that's it's not exactly easy to make a mobile base with crafting facilities that performs well, let alone one that flies.

That said... Do you think you could find the time and motivation to make a version that uses blocks other than Hawkeye? (Perhaps GSO, GeoCorp, Better Future or some combination?) Don't get me wrong: Hawkeye stuff is great. But as Hawkeye is kind of late-game, I'm somehow never able to amass many of their blocks.

Just saying: I don't think I'd ever have enough Hawkeye stuff to make this monster!
