EpsTweak for World Congress

Description
EpsTweak is a series of small mods that tweak the balance of Civ 6. Rather than put all of them into one hefty package, I've split them into small fragments to allow you to make your own custom rulesets.

Gathering Storm's World Congress is... okay when the right resolutions pop up. And underwhelming otherwise. So let's fix that.
This mod makes the following alterations to it:

* Resolutions have their era ranges altered so that they appear when they can have the most impact:
Border Control - Medieval to Renaissance Era
Deforestation Treaty - Medieval to Renaissance Era
Mercenary Companies - Medieval to Renaissance Era
Urban Development - Medieval to Renaissance Era
World Religion - Medieval to Renaissance Era
Migration Treaty - Medieval to Industrial Era
Trade Policy - Renaissance to Modern Era
Patronage - Renaissance to Modern Era
Luxury Policy - Renaissance to Industrial Era
Sovereignty - Renaissance to Industrial Era
Military Advisory - Renaissance to Modern Era
Public Relations - Renaissance to Modern Era
Global Energy Treaty - Industrial to Modern Era
Espionage Pact - Industrial to Modern Era
Arms Control - Guaranteed in Atomic, Information, and Future Era
Heritage Organization - Guaranteed in the Atomic Era
Public Works - Guaranteed in the Information Era
World Ideology - Guaranteed in the Future Era

Several resolutions have their effects changed:

Luxury Policy
A) Target player gets +1 Amenity in each city. Other players get +2 Food from Luxury tiles.
B) Target player gets -1 Amenity in each city.

Deforestation Treaty
A) All players get +50% to harvest yields. Target player gets +1 Charge on Builders.
B) All players get -50% harvest yields.

World Religion
B) -5 Strength (Combat and Religious) on all units of this Religion.

Border Control Treaty
A) Target player triggers Culture Bombs on every district they build. Other players get +2 Influence per turn.

Public Relations
A) Target player gets +5 Loyalty in each city. Other players get +3 Diplomatic Favor per turn.
B) Target player gets -5 Loyalty in each city.

Public Works
A) All players get +30% production to Space Race projects. Target player gets +4 Aluminum per turn.
B) All players get -50% production to Space Race projects.

Arms Control
A) The target player gains +3 Uranium per turn until the next World Congress.
B) The target player loses all of their Nuclear Weapons. Nuclear Non-Proliferation is enacted: All players are barred from making new Nuclear Weapons until the next World Congress.

For luxury policy, the "other players get food boost" thing applies also to the player, is this intended ? The wording makes it sound like "chosen player gets the amenity boost but not the food boost". However, chosen player gets both food and amenity boost.

(I actually prefer it this way, just wanted to give you a head's up)

Wouldve been useful if you wrote down what youre replacing.

Also you forgot to bolden Border Control Treaty and put a enter above it.

Also, why does only the Arms Control description say "until the next WC"? Arent all bonuses from WC granted only until the next one?

No. I haven't delved into that part of the World Congress functionality. But I think it would be a UI script function, and I would start looking for it in "DLC\Expansion2\UI\Additions" in your Steam folder.

A slightly different question. Due to an error in voting at the world congress, the voting summary says that I am not entitled to vote. Which is a bit strange, because the resolution is voted against me, for converting an opponent's city to my religion or for having declared war on a civilization with which I was allied before.
It has to be some function, procedure, instruction that is being called, right?
Maybe searching for this phrase, as text in other mods, I would find this faulty mod faster.
Do you know what such a function / instruction might be called?

Okay, thanks. Unfortunately, this is not exactly a good clue. The 42 mods in the category affect the save status of the game used from time to time only 3 have in the description of the UI. Unfortunately, they were included both in games where there were errors and in test games where there were no bugs. And in one of the test games was not included any of the UI mods.

ps. If the question was wrong in the comments, you can always delete it. I thought that since you wrote some mods, you will have a better idea than me.

My intuition tells me that this might be caused by a UI mod. It might be bugging out when you actually click the button to put in votes.

The idea is to make it easier to spot a mod or mods causing errors when voting at a world congress. I described it in more detail in the post at this link, the links to the photos present one of the variants of incorrect counting of votes and approval of resolutions at the congress.

Off the top of my head? No. I have not encountered anything in the script API that would trigger emergencies manually.
But I do recall from the dev streams that occasionally they intentionally don't trigger them to avoid there being too many emergencies at once. So it's an inconsistent system by design.

@Eps Hi, in the course of the games, I discovered that under certain conditions, when voting at a World Congress, there are voting errors. Since I have already described it in a separate post, I will not clutter with details here. I have a question, do you have any idea, can you write a mod in which you could generate resolutions / military, trust, religious or atomic crisis at any time? .
The case is not related to your mod, it's just a question.

Should work by just installing and enabling it in "Additional content."
