Description
One of the most iconic and famous trains of all time. An EMD F-Series, specifically an F3. This great classic can been seen displayed in many movies and shows, some of which are classics themselves. This oldie was first brought into existence in 1945 and was produced until 1949. There were 1111 cab units and 696 booster booster units were built. This American icon packed a two-stroke 148.7L V16 engine being force fed air by a set of roots type superchargers; ultimately giving it 1500hp. Though that may not seem like much, it has an impressive top speed of 103mph making it great as a passenger train though many also frequented freight runs.

Features:
This model includes one A unit with the cabin, and one B unit which is a cabin-less booster.
Well stabilized, doesn't tend to derail at all.
Partially walk-able cabin.
Immense detail to control panel, bogies and well everything making the model 2016 bricks.
Working reverser lever.
Model motor inside the engine room.
Cabin has opening doors (use the Pitch Axis to open and close them).
Made almost entirely using real dimensions from schematics.
Painted in CB&Q livery.
Has correct top speed of 103mph.
Has compatible cars located here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2146343766

How To Operate:
I designed the controls of this train to be as immersive/realistic as I could get. They make take some getting used to but it's not difficult. The engine throttle is controlled with Disable Steering Axis. This revs the engine. Next, your speed and direction is controlled solely by the gearbox. In older freight trains, there is a 8 notch throttle which controls the engine. This is why I used the 8 speed engine in BR. Each gear simulates a notch on the throttle. The higher the gear in BR, the more throttle the engine has and the more power or speed you have.

Final notes:
This build cannot be expected to work well in servers. I would also recommend using god mode (CRTL+G for those who don't know) for this trains as the stabilizers tend to break at very high speeds.

Have fun flying around the tracks! :D

Would you please make some passenger cars to go with?
