Sometimes the owner put some money to modernize these buildings. Of course it is afterwards more expensive to rent... So - here we have the full modernized Version of the original model by Dryas the Younger All credits go to him - i only get the money from the CIMs that will life in this renovated Building.

Jetzt kommt erst einmal noch ein weiteres großes deutsches Straßenschilderpack, so wie es aussieht ;) Danach werde ich mein bereits angefangenes Gebäude weitermachen. Und ja, es wir eines aus IL sein :)

Danke! Ich hoffe auch, dass ich so etwas öfter anbieten kann & darf :) Ich habe Dryas the Younger alles zu verdanken, was Assets angeht - er hat mir die Grundschritte in Blender beigebracht :)
