This oasis was caused by a meteor. As the area was inundated by a strange green crystal, a bridge was constructed to cross the tributary. An airstrike destroyed the bridge. Now the area is surrounded by the crystal. The indigenous people have left, just before two globally funded military forces convene on the site to collect the precious minerals...
