Hilltop needs coal, paper and bonds and there are a lot of passengers to get from A to B (and maybe more). Since everyone is very concerned about the environment you should be careful to not destroy any objects and you are not allowed to reverse any trains – at least not on purpose ;)
Oh, and don't forget the small abandoned community. They want some grain and cattle!
