Tiny Epic Pirates - Deluxe

Description
Tiny Epic Pirates is a 45-60 minute, 1-4 player game of high-seas adventure, utilising a variable RONDEL action system and action combo-ing!

Tiny Epic Pirates is created by Gamelyn Games and designed by Scott Almes, find out more at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/coe/tiny-epic-pirates and https://www.gamelyngames.com/

This is an unofficial recreation of the game in Tabletop Sim using assets from the rulebook and Kickstarter Campaign. It is not endorsed by Gamelyn Games, should they see this and want it removed - I will do so.

All components from the base game and the Deluxe Edition are included.

  • The game can automatically shuffle the Map cards laid out when you first load it.
  • For an easy and simple setup the Order wheel tokens will snap and rotate into place on your card and the Search Tokens will snap into place on the Map Cards.
  • Crates will snap onto ships and onto the price chart.
  • The Booty Crate bag will auto-shuffle when crates are added back into it.
  • PDF rulebook for the base game and Crimson Silver is included on the table.
  • Includes basic 3D ship models for all 7 ships.
  • Includes all 6 AI Captains and 6 AI personalities to play Solo

In Tiny Epic Pirates you take control of a Pirate ship with the goal of burying vast amounts of wealth on secret island hideaways. Each turn, you move your Captain Token around your ship’s action wheel, selecting which action to perform.

It isn't just other pirates standing in your way of burying treasures! The Royal Navy has their eye on you and the more notorious you become, the more eager they are to stopping your exploits. An encounter with the Navy will surely slow your progress, so you best be avoiding them. To do so, you're going to need a good ship and a great crew!

There's a lot of scallywags out there looking for adventure! So assembling your crew won't be very hard, but pulling together a winning crew... that's a different story. Your crew will play a major role in Tiny Epic Pirates. Each crew member brings different advantages to battle and to the actions you'll take. The dice listed at the top of each crew card, and your captain's card, represent what number you'll need to roll to score a hit on another ship! Having multiples of a single number can result in lots of damage, but spreading your numbers out can result in more consistent results. The choice is yours! The icons listed at the bottom of each crew card, and your captain's card, represent bonus actions that can chain together for epic turns! If the first icon matches your chosen action, you'll get to take the action of the second icon for free.

In addition to your crew, you'll have your reputation and your exploits. As you prove yourself in battle, your legend will grow and so will your ability to command your ship. Winning battles against other pirates, and against notable merchants, will increase your Legend Level. Each new level offers immediate benefits, as well as increases to your ship's movement and the number of dice you roll in battle.

Also includes the Deluxe "Crimson Silver" Edition content which introduces new Floating Fortresses and Crimson Silver as a new resource.

Players are able to visit the Floating Fortresses as they move around the board and perform upgraded versions of Trade, Plunder, and Crew Up. Players may also lay siege to these Fortresses for additional rewards. But beware, the Floating Fortresses have a contract with the Royal Navy and if any Pirates show their dirty face around there, the Navy will be on their tail!

Even with the threat of the Navy though, the precious Silver these markets are known for is simply too alluring to avoid. A lot of blood as been spilled over this Silver. So much that it's known around these seas as Crimson Silver.

Hi Kurzcheck, no I didn't realise there's different solo components for the Amdiak expansion, i'll try to implement them when i can, possibly this weekend if I have time.

Hi, thanks for making this! Are the "Ghost Pirate"/"Amdiak" solo mats in here? They don't seem to be in the bag with the rest of the Amdiak stuff but i might just be being dumb :)

@Lukeyy19 - wow, I just tried it, everything is working perfectly now. Great work and thanks for the touch up. Have a nice weekend!

@running_mac - thanks, I have fixed the Port Tokens so they can be moved, not sure how the got locked. There was one Search Token that wasn't facedown in the bag for some reason so i have flipped it facedown now.

As for the Order Tokens, because of their custom shape TTS doesn't allow them to have a different front and a back however they don't really need one, just shuffle the bag and then place them clockwise on the wheel as you draw them and it will be random.

Hey Lukeyy19, you did a really impressive job here, respect for that! It looks damn good and it has everything in it that is in the original. Thanks for that effort. I have one more question. I noticed that the port tokens can't be moved onto the map and when you want to place the wheel with the Order tokens, as well as the Search tokens on the maps, the tokens don't automatically come out of the bag face down. Would it be possible to rework these little things, then it would be perfect.
