As for the Order Tokens, because of their custom shape TTS doesn't allow them to have a different front and a back however they don't really need one, just shuffle the bag and then place them clockwise on the wheel as you draw them and it will be random.
Greetz
@Lady Maou - I have added them into the game but if you still want the PDF I have uploaded it here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oIHVbuyiOxn7XrDquPxmhp7ZUiAMMTdp/view
I don't have the coding skills to make a button, but if you want a way to randomise the map without reloading the game, as the host click the zones option on the left of the screen, click Randomize, a box will appear on the map tiles, click that and a button appears to randomise the map.
The Alt orientation should now be fixed.
Thanks to the recent TTS update I was able to implement the search tokens in a better way to eliminate the issue of seeing the ghost of the underside.
I have made sure there's 4 sets of dice but I'd rather keep the black dice like the physical game.
I'd rather not use someone else's asset in the mod as if it was taken down it would break mine. The coin is a default TTS item and so isn't going anywhere. Maybe I will try to find a 3D model and create a coin asset myself but that won't be at the moment.
I'm not sure how the Blue player became Teal but this should now be fixed.
Additional small suggestion I just noticed: the blue player's seat color is set to Teal by default, not Blue.
- Can the randomize map function be implemented as a physical button on the table as well as the popup on load?
-The Alt-zoom views for the map cards are upside down and the one for the Market card is rotated 90 degrees
-Sometimes when placing Search tokens face down, the snap point on the map card below faintly shows the underside of the token, not sure if this is fixable or just part of TTS
-I've found it very convenient to spawn in 4 separate sets of battle dice, one in each player color, and to start the third die for each player on the appropriate row of the Legend mat
-Any chance you could replace the golden US quarter with a doubloon asset? There's a great one I've been spawning in to use located in this mod: {LINK REMOVED}tinyurl.com/9heud2zk
I also modified one of the Pirate Ships into the Ghost Ship for the Curse of Amdiak expansion and made some Cursed Gold. None of the other stuff for the expansion is available yet as there isn't enough assets out there so the expansion isn't playable but you can check out the model and the Cursed Gold if you'd like.
Unfortunately still no luck with the fancy ship models, they just refuse to load no matter what I try so it's still stuck with my basic ship models, but I hope you like all the other updates.
@tonywhetmore - I also named the individual Order Tokens as you suggested.
I spent a while today trying to get the lovely ship models from the PnP to play nicely with Tabletop Sim but I couldn't get them to load as I think they are too complex and I don't have the right software/knowledge to simplify them so it looks like i'll just have to stick with my basic ones for now.
I'm sorry Caprica55 but I probably won't swap around the colours, I just made this to try out the game with my friends and figured I'd share it so other's could do the same. It would require spending a lot of time updating all of the tokens and meeples for the green player and other parts just for a colour change that ultimately makes no real difference to the game. I'd probably only do that if I were to update the whole thing with all of the new artwork which i'm not going to do anytime soon.
I will try to implement the Solo Cards from the PnP, update the rulebook and add the crimson silver rulebook when i have some free time though,
I have not checked out the Crimson Silver content yet, but everything else looks great and operates very nicely. The ship models actually carry the booty crates as they should, and order tokens snap nicely into the helm mat, properly orienting themselves automatically.
I made just one tweak to a local save of the content for my own sanity - I renamed the order tokens from "(color) Order Token" to the name of the order (e.g. Plunder, Attack, Crew Up). This way, mousing over the token shows the action name, especially useful if the graphic is covered by a deckhand meeple.
Well done, Lukeyy19. Very well done. You have made my summer. Thank you very much!
