I really liked this! The only thing to complain about is that the icon for the Galleass isn't showing. Very minor thing, but I thought I'd inform you anyway :)

Great mod ! I like the colors chosen for the Civilization and its added beneftis, but would really enjoy using the Republic of Pisa with the ability of creating setllers. Is there any way you could create a new mod or alter this one so that the player would be able to create settlers? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Do you have a own thread, probably at CivFanatics?

(Ich spreche auch deutsch, aber das ist im SteamForum nicht hilfreich.)

Well, this reduces you to a CityState behavior as it historically was.
Interesting, but if you play against warmongers, they just have to conquer your single city and game is over. I really like the no-settler concept of Venice. Didn't find any mod which picked this idea up.

Let me give a idea to think about:
Pisa was part of a CS-Alliance historically. Why not focusing on this point?
Let Pisa get authority over other CS, like Austria or Venice do, but only as marionetts. No change possible there, but you may get more wealth then others, due to the idea of alliance-members. I have seen this allready done for a african nation, which found new cities as marionetts. When your first city should fall, one of your marionett citys get your new headquarter. You are able to get a unique play-style as it is somehow like One-City-Challenge, but you could use it in competition to large civs by your higher wealth.

@Skukkuk: Nope, only Way is conquest, but I don't really recommend it (however let your galleasses fight, so they can provide their bonus). Go Tradition, take godking pantheon, stay small, stuff like this..

How to expand Pisa empire? Same as like Venice?
