Hot Pink NOD

Description
As the title suggests this gives all NOD units and buildings the best colour: fuchsia. This only affects the colour when remastered graphics are selected.

This mod changes Data/XML/CNCTDTEAMCOLORS.XML and is compatble with all mods as long as they don't modify that file.

It's HSV. Those have 3 values and they are: Hue, Saturation, and something unknown (last value is always 0 from what I've seen).

Excause me Sir, can you pls tell me what do you change exactly in the cncrateamcolor.xml??? ive got the lower bounds, upper bounds, HSVShift Input and Output levels etc. etc. etc.

Oh, there's an XML in your mod that we can play around with? If so that is cool!
Sorry if I misunderstood that in description.

Thanks

Sorry, but I'm not planning on doing any more changes or variants of this. The XML file is straightforward to modify, though, so anyone can experiment with this.

Also, I'm not sure how to change the brightness. There are 3 values. First two are hue and saturation, and those don't affect the brightness of the colour. The third value I don't know but it's always set to 0. Maybe that changes brightness but I never tested it.

Hey FluffyQuack, would you be willing to make another color change mod for TD?
I'd love if Nod had a darker grey color than their whitish one in game.

So not 100% black.
Also, could we get these two colors in skirmish?

If not, NP, thought I would ask.
Thanks!

I'm not sure what the best method is. I made my mod by taking colour values from Red Alert. If you can take a unit texture from the game, put it into an image editor, and then figure out how to change hue and saturation the same way the game does, then it would be easy getting any colour you want.

Okay Fluffy i got it with your help. :-) Now is the question what for values need to change for new color. can i work with RGB?!

It's contained in one of the MEG archives in the Data folder (I think config.meg).

You can use a program called "OS Big Editor." Should be easy to find with a quick google.

or did you write this XML file?! I have no XML folder in my data folder. :(
