What you need is an 8-16 core monster of a cpu to run heavy parks, if you want to sit above 60 fps that is, too many things simulated at once my 4 core 6 year old cpu cant run.
And I can confirm the game heavily demands CPU over GPU use because I run Ultra graphics, by turning them down to Lowest I merely get an fps boost of 1-3 fps..
It's a good example of a badly optimized game... heck dont even get me started on the controls, but who knows what the future holds for us..
About 3m 15s to load for me, and 6-23 FPS on an old Titan X Pascal. Retesting on a 3090 soon.
