@jon157uk I think you need to catch up to modern times, during my career I've driven Scanias, Volvos, Mercedes, MANs and Ivecos and I'll choose a Volvo, or a Scania for that matter, over the rest any day of the week. The fact that Iveco still install radios with tape players in 2022 should tell you enough.

Why do people say it was built in Brazil. It was built in Sweden.

komischerweise sind die in meinem neuen spiel nicht verfügbar....die anderen scanias auch nicht.
im vorigen spiel hatte ich die benutzt und sind auch noch da die ich gekauft hab, aber auch da kann ich keine neuen mehr kaufen...

@tajana_g Back in 1985 there wasn't a Scania built that could out climb my Fiat TurboStar, I've heard all the Scania hype for over 34 years and that's all it is 'hype'. If the truth be told, apart from the V8, which is not too bad at pulling, the rest of them couldn't pull the dick off a chocolate frog.. Very over-rated but just became every boys 'go to' TONKA Toy'.

Oh I can name you some :D, look at Hungarocamion (Hungaria), Somat (Bulgaria), Deutrans (East Germany) or Sovtransavto (Soviet) This companies were mainly equipped with Volvos for traffic to western europe and middle east. Volvo models were the F88/89 which was also used in Brasil (propably mainly as the G88 model) and the F10 later, but here I dont know if it went to Brasil as well.

@jon157uk: I guess you are just pissed because the V8 Scanias had no problems to overtake you at anytime on a incline :D When you then saw the Scania's trailers you saw they were loaden while you struggled with an empty trailer. Must have hurt badly :PPP

As much as I hate Scania as the worst trucks ever - I'll use this too, thanks it looks great.

As much as I love Scania as the best trucks ever, they were not friends with the commies at that time. That is why the east made the deal with Volvo for the state transport companies.
Still I will of course use it ;) Thank you very much :)
