The AN/PRC-119 is the replacement to the AN/PRC-77 manpack portable radio of the Vietnam war. Introduced during the late cold war the radio features digital enhancements. This includes the ability to support data transmission via the SINCGARS internet controller.

Adding support for ACRE is in progress. For the meantime the radio's inventory is large enough to fit the ACRE LR radio items.

This mod functions with TFAR and additionally includes ACE interaction functionality. Through the ACE self-interaction equipment menu the radio's antenna can be swapped with those present in a unit's inventory. The VHF whip antenna and VHF blade antenna can also be extended through the menu. This feature set was inspired by the ILBE Assault Pack mod and uses its SQF functions with negligible alterations.

• VHF Whip Antenna (7km range retracted, 21km extended)

• VHF Blade Antenna (5km range folded, 15km range unfolded)

This mod was designed with Delta Hawk's DHI and Equipment mod in mind. The radio backpack was modeled to fit the PASGT chest rigs found within his mod. The fit has been left loose enough to work decently with vanilla equipment and the equipment of other mods.
