So your way of just giving some more base level by Dynasty research, maybe a seperate tree on the right sight of the existing once, where for 5 turnes you get 3 ranks and every 4th you could get an addditional global unit building slot and perhaps in the end of that tree another -1 to recruitment time.
Would you be up for such a mod?
While they get a "local" boost +2 by building a royal burrial chamber . The only scaling way to recruit higher hero levels is by having more Tomb Kings which is restricted oo crypt princes.
If not then maybe adding a some other tech to research or level of empire etc etc
Great idea on the mod though, makes sense.
