[CS] Missing FX Packages Fix

This mod, similar to the Missing Packages Fix mod for War of the Chosen, adds VFX for conventional weapon. You'll notice that Resistance Firearms is missing most of its particles when you fire the weapon. This mod allievates that and any future weapon ports, like the Black Ops III weapon pack, Infinite Warfare pack, etc. for Chimera Squad.

NOTE: You'll also notice that the packages have _SF on the ends. It indicates that these are seek free and has all of the resources available to it instantly when the game demands it. In addition to that, it allows the game to load these quicker on slower medias such as HDDs.
