This approach may not be perfect, but you can edit the JSON file of the mod to fix it easily enough.
(WARNING: I'm not a TTS mod creator, I'm just cobbling just _barely_ enough knowledge to hack this. YMMV, use at your own risk, void where prohibited, etc.)
The simple, brute-force version is:
1. Find your TTS mods folder. Mine was in My Documents/My Games/Tabletop Simulator/Mods/Workshop
2. Open the JSON file for this mod: 2102916590.json
3. Find and replace all instances of
"BackIsHidden": false
with
"BackIsHidden": true
There's a more subtle way of doing it, focusing on just the rocket cards, but requires finding _just_ the rocket cards and updating only those cards. For the enterprising few that want to do this, these are the GUID ids for just the rocket cards:
2af2aa - rocket 4
bf1cc0 - rocket 3
bb269e - rocket 2
94d5ab - rocket 1
