Toprus' Loco Sounds Pack v1

Hi and welcome again!
Now this is a little unusual thing you don't see very often (especially from me). I have created a pack of diesel locomotive engines sounds, which I recorded over the past few years by standing on stations and near tracks with my camera. Currently the pack includes 7 different loco sounds.

Current list:
-Romanian Electroputere 060DA (engine sound + horn)

-American EMD JT42CWRM (engine + horn)

-Polish Fablok 1D (SM30) (engine + horn)

-Polish Fablok 411D (SM31) (engine)

-Polish Fablok 6D (SM42) (engine + horn)

-Polish HCP 301Db (SU45) (engine)

-USSR TEM2 (engine + horn)

The pack might expand later with new engine sounds and horns.

Unfortunatelly the mod requires manual installation, which might catch you off guard a little. It's easier than you think to be honest. We start off by going to your Steam folder in your computer. You know where it is, right? RIGHT? Ok, cool. Now proceed to the folder called steamapps. From there, go to the folder workshop. Next go to content and then to the folder with the number 784150. There you have to find my mod yourself, because the number may vary. In the folder of my mod, there will be folders containing soundpacks for different kinds of engines. Choose one, enter the folder and coppy all files. Then go back to the folder named steamapps and proceed to common > SovietRepbulic > media_soviet > sounds > wav. In the wav folder, you have to paste the files you copied earlier and replace the ones already there with the new ones. Now you're done, if you enter the game, your locos should have chosen sounds.

Some things you might want to know:
-The soundpack you install applies to all locomotives with diesel engines at once
-You will hear the engine sounds on the entire map, so be prepared
-The horn sounds can be replaced however you want. You can use any horn you want.

В этот раз немного необычная штука, которую вряд ли можно увидеть тут часто (особенно за моим авторством). Я сделал пак звуков двигателей дизельных локомотивов, который я записал сам за несколько лет, стоя на станциях возле путей со своей камерой. На данный момент пак включает в себя 7 разных звуков локомотивов.

Список:
- Румынский 060DA (звук двигателя + сигнал)

- Американский EMD JT42CWRM (звук двигателя + сигнал)

- Польский Fablok 1D (SM30) (звук двигателя + сигнал)

- Польский Fablok 411D (SM31) (звук двигателя)

- Польский Fablok 6D (SM42) (звук двигателя + сигнал)

- Польский HCP 301Db (SU45) (звук двигателя)

- Советский TEM2 (звук двигателя + сигнал)

Возможно, спустя время будут бобавлены новые звуки двигателей и сигналов для других локомотивов

К сожалению, мод требует установки руками, что может застать некоторых врасплох. Это легче, чем вы можете подумать. Начнём с того, что откроем папку Steam на своём компьютере. Вы жне знаете, где она находится, верно? ВЕРНО? Вот и ладненько. Теперь перейдём в папку steamapps. Отсюда в папку workshop. Потом в content и затем в папку 784150. Вот здесь придётся отыскать мой мод самостоятельно, ибо номер может отличаться. В папке с модом будут папки, содержащие звуки для разных типов двигателей. Выберите одну, откройте её и скопируйте все файлы. Затем ввернитесь в папку steamapps и перейдите в common > SovietRepbulic > media_soviet > sounds > wav. В папку wav вставьте скопированные файлы с заменой. Вот и всё, теперь можно заходить в игру и слушать новые звуки поездов.

И ещё кое-что:
- Установленный пак заменит звуки всех дизельных локомотивов.
- Вы будете слышать звуки двигателей в любом конце карты, так что будьте готовы
- Звуки гудков могут быть заменены так, как будет вам угодно. Можете использовать любой звук сигнала.
