Please put a packageId inside of About.xml, as the lack of one causes compatibility/loading problems.

Hey guys, not been free to look at steam for the past 3 days but I never suspected anyone else would see this modpack, let alone give advice on fixing it, I'll see if I can sort this if there's actually people interested in checking this out.
