Vanilla EU4 Converter Fixes - Do not use the Vanilla Converter

Description
This mod is only up for posterity. Use the community converter.

Use this plus the vanilla converter as an alternative to the community converter, although I do recommend using the community converter instead since they did it from the ground-up meaning their borders are cleaner than mine.

Ironman compatible. Requires EU4 converter DLC. Fixes some issues that Paradox left in the EU4 Converter. Some of these are old and some of these are new to EU4 1.30.

A few provinces that Paradox messed up in the most recent update are fixed.
Provinces in the East from the previous patch are fixed.
All of the additions Paradox made for new European provinces have been added.
Provinces that start with base unrest no longer start with that base unrest.
Madeira and the Azores now start with 1 production instead of 0.
Qarmatian converts to Shi'ite.
Karaite now gives +250 governing capacity instead of +5 max states (since that doesn't do anything).
Targets 1.31.* because for some reason Paradox didn't update the converter to do that this time.

Planned: Transfer great works to monuments when applicable unless PDX does it.

For anyone subscribed to this thread, you may now use the vanilla CK2 converter again as long as you have the latest (September 2021, 3.3.5.1 SOHY) patch installed. This mod works to clean up the borders a bit, but honestly I still recommend the community converter as their borders are cleaner than mine and I'm pretty sure they have features for all the heresies that PDX missed, unlike my version which doesn't have that.

For anyone subscribed to this thread: DO NOT USE THE VANILLA CK2 CONVERTER. They introduced a bug to it in the most recent update to CK2 (adding DLC subscription rewards) that causes EU4 mods made in the current version to crash. It also messes with the file locations quite a bit. It seems like someone at PDS tried to slip a fix in but ended up making it 10x worse. Just use the community developed solution.

That's great

Alright turns out it was a simple fix so now this mod is updated for 1.30. Sorry it took so long. This mod will now work correctly.

OK so I'm experiencing some technical issues with my computer and unfortunately I can't open either CK2 or EU4 until they get sorted. Sorry about that, everyone.

OK turns out something was up with my game and there are a LOT of provinces to account for. I'll update as soon as possible.

The new EU4 patch is today and with it a new update to the EU4 converter for CK2 provided by Paradox. They missed 2 of the new provinces and didn't fix anything so the mod is updated to reflect these changes.

I will update this mod if that is necessary. Paradox will often update the CK2-EU4 converter when new versions of EU4 come out, so it's possible it won't be necessary or I might even have to discontinue this mod or reduce its scope.

Will you be updating this mod when EU4 Emperor DLC drops?
