EpsTweak for Aircraft

Description
EpsTweak is a series of small mods that tweak the balance of Civ 6. Rather than put all of them into one hefty package, I've split them into small fragments to allow you to make your own custom rulesets.


Upon release of Gathering Storm, Firaxis buffed every aircraft unit in the game by a whopping 20 combat strength to account for the fact that they use a special resource that's very hard to obtain. From what I played and seen... they overdid it. Aircraft now easily one-shot most things from the same era, even corps and armies. And when they do kill those corps and armies, they earn the player easy Era Score (due to not being corps or armies themselves), which can then be used to get Golden Age Automaton Warfare.

This mod dials back Aircraft strength by 10, whilst also making them slightly cheaper to make it easier to build many of them. In addition, it increases the number of slots Aircraft Carriers start with, so that fielding your airforce across the ocean is no longer such a huge pain.

Aircraft Carriers start with 4 aircraft slots instead of 2.
Biplanes now use no resource and have a Strength of 70. (Was 80)
Fighters are now base cost 490 and Strength 90. (Was 520/100)
Bombers are now base cost 530 and Strength 100. (Was 560/110)
Jet Fighters are now base cost 620 and Strength 100. (Was 650/110)
Jet Bombers are now base cost 670 and Strength 110. (Was 700/120)

OK, thank you! In the end I just ended up editing the Project 6T mod files to add some of your changes to that mod.

I think mod loading order would decide that. Which would probably be constant based on what ID's both mods have?

Thanks! The mod I mentioned before (6T Unit Expansion: Aircraft) also changes the cost and strength of the vanilla air units. How would that work with this one?

It only changes the units listed above.

Does this mod also adjust modded plane units, such as the Stealth Fighter & Stealth Bomber from Project 6T? Also, is it compatible with Aircraft Carriers Perfected?

Looking desperately for a mod which reminds the player that there are planes waiting for commands. It weirds me out that planes are not part of the regular unit cycle

How about also making it so that you can make aircraft in any city after building one air-district in your empire?

Yes. It changes its strength to 95 and cost to 490.
