Adds new cars: Polonez FSO and Polonez FSO Tuning to car pool.

Comes in white, yellow, orange, green, teal, blue, red, and cherry colours. These are more or less the original paint colours of the car.

Update:
- Added a new "Tuning" version with stickers on front and back windshield.
- Added a 3-color "Tuning" version as a special request (20% chance of spawning if "Tuning" version spawns).
- Only the special 3-color version has white stripes on the sides now.

The "Tuning" version is a little faster, has a bit stronger engine, and sounds like a sports car.

It's my first ever 3d model, let me know if and how to improve :)
