Description
The artillery on the walls is USELESS:

THEY ARE INACCURATE: they do not hit the target even when they are in front of it, even less when it is on the side (most of the times because the slots are naturally fixed), where the shot always falls behind while the enemy moves forward towards the walls , unlike open field battles where field artillery typically stays with the army and the enemy points towards you, then stands in front of the artillery.

THERE ARE FEW: when you are under siege during the battle you have 1 or 2 pieces available, it depends on where the attack comes from if there are slots on that piece of wall, so you can no longer even count on the large number to comply with poor precision , like field artillery which has 4 pieces (or even 8-10 with mods).
 
So I greatly increased the accuracy and damage, modifying both the piece and the bullet.

-GENERAL CHANGES:
accuracy 5 -> 95;
bonus hit points 0 -> 5 (like field artillery);
reload 20 -> 25;

-VARIATIONS ON THE SINGLE UNIT: see pictures.



NOT RESOLVED:
-inable to target siege vehicles (siege towers, ladders ...), but only the units that move it: to aim them directly, USE THE FIRST PERSON.
-with or without this mod, occasionally scorpions freeze if you target a siege vehicle.



INCREASED THE NUMBER:

-in cities of level III you have 1 additional onager available. Before they were 2 ballistas and 2 scorpions. They are now 1 onager, 2 ballistas and 2 scorpions;

- in the city of level IV you have 6 onagers, 6 ballistas and 6 scorpions for a total of 18. The idea is to be able to fill all the slots present (number that varies from city to city: the highest level Babylon has 18, Rome 9), so that if another enemy army of reinforcement arrives from another direction, the towers and artillery can begin to thin the ranks.



On ROTR not work: there are not slots on city lvl I o II on siege maps.



The mod also works with AI: see picture.



Save compatible.



Don't work with DIVIDE ET IMPERA.

Awesome and MUCH needed mod! WALL SPOTS SHOULD BE FILLED ITS ABOUT TIME! Does this affect AI cities or just player owned ones?
