The Petty Kingdom of Rheged

Description
Are you up to the challenge? Can you expel the German interlopers from our lands?

This mod adds the historic Sub-Roman Kingdom of Rheged in the earliest start date. Rheged was incorporated into Northumbria some time before 730ad and so it is possible it still existed in some form at the time the game begins.

I have also renamed the exonym "Welsh" to "Brythonic" as it is representing pre-Saxon Celtic culture in various parts of Britain and not just Wales. I have also broadened its scope in the early starts.

Things still to do:
- Make the bloodline for the descendants of Urien Rheged link to Urien I instead of Urien II

Requires: Charlemagne DLC
Not Ironman Compatible

That's the name the base game gives Cumberland to Welsh Characters. I suppose I could rename it to just Rheged but then I'd have to find another name for Lancaster too

Epic, gonna give it a shot right now.

And now I've spotted a bug where the councillors appear twice, I'm working on fixing it but it is an aesthetic flaw not a gameplay one

Okay, it's a lot more polished now and I shouldn't need to fiddle with it again for a while. If anyone knows where I'm going wrong in trying to add a bloodline to an existing character please let me know. Other than that this version shouldn't need many more changes.

Thanks for the feedback, it's a good suggestion and I'll add this tonight.

As Adon said, it'd be neat if you replaced Welsh and Breton cultures in favor of Brythonic (just use Welsh cultural names).

that would be neat what the first guy said

Might i recommend replacing both welsh and breton culture in cornwall with Brythonic culture as old brythonic diverged into welsh, manx, and cornish cultures in the 9th century.
