Foreword
The Director's Cut
No One Lives Under the Lighthouse was originally released in 21st April 2020. This guide was published two days after release (23rd April 2020) and was realized as a spoiler-free tip collection to help the players with the achievements they missed. A year and half later (12nd September 2021) the game got a pretty big overhaul, dubbed the Director's Cut update.
Alongside a long list of quality of life improvements, the update wholly changed the second half of the game, adding new and extensive areas and removing the old, maze-like ones in the process. This also resulted in most of the unlocked achievements from the old runs being reset: 14 of the 23 achievements included were re-locked and given new unlock conditions.
Its original form now obsolete, the guide had been completely revamped and reformatted. This second edition was published on 14th of November 2021. All the comments up to that point were also deleted to avoid confusion on behalf of future readers, since 95% of them were dealing with the details of the original achievement conditions.
About The Guide
Rather than grouping the achievements to relevant categories as in the original guide, they are now handled in a day-to-day basis, synced with the flow of the game. Alongside the tips for the achievements for any given day, reminders are also given for the prerequisite steps for the ones that are to be unlocked further down the line. The hints are deliberately kept short and somewhat cryptic, both to keep in line with the style of the game and to avoid unnecessary spoiling. Screenshots are provided as necessary and are thought as hints in themselves.
If it is your first playthrough, it is recommended to put the guide aside, enjoy the game on your own conditions and see where you end up. Being familiar with the game world also comes in handy as you read the tips for the achievements you miss.
The titles for the days are not official.
On 'The Sun' Achievement
The Sun Your inner light is enough.
'The Sun is probably bugged. Don't know how you got it, but originally it was planned that you have to complete all the game without picking up the lamp.'
As quoted from the developer above, the planned unlock condition for The Sun was to avoid picking up any of the lanterns you are offered in various parts of the game. In the original release however, it was being unlocked for most of the players no matter the path they took (even with all the lanterns are picked up) as the ending fades in.
As far as my own experience goes, this is still the case - thus the achievement is still bugged. It can be said that it is unmissable and should most likely unlock at the end of your first run, as the outro cuts in. If it does not, you now know the condition: do not pick up any lanterns, not even the one offered in the Prologue.
Prologue
Strength You've listened to no warnings.
Check the cellar on the ground level of the lighthouse.
Turn on the record player at the top of the lighthouse. - The Tower: 1/3
Day 1: The Keeper
Carry your suitcase. Unpack. Slot the medallion onto the chest. - The Magician: 1/3
Re-hang the cross found in your abode (on any day, up to 4th). - The Hieorophant: 1/2
Mop the floor of your abode. - The Emperor: 1/3
Turn on the record player at the top of the lighthouse. - The Tower: 2/3
The Hanged Man Then, your fate was revealed.
Get the oiling done. Before turning the crank, head down to the shore and greet your visitor.
Day 2: The Terror
Mop the floor of your abode. - The Emperor: 2/3
Grab the medallion next to the upturned boat on the shore. Slot it. - The Magician: 2/3
Turn on the record player at the top of the lighthouse. - The Tower: 3/3
The Hermit You've found the shelter where no one could.
When running for your life, opt for the outhouse instead of the toolshed.
Day 3: The Rain
Mop the floor of your abode. - The Emperor: 3/3
Temperance You were patient to continue your search.
Dig all the ten mounds found on the island. The key is in the one on the hallowed ground. Dig that one last, as it becomes dark after doing so.
Grab the medallion from the mound behind the lighthouse. Slot it. - The Magician: 3/3
The Tower From day to day, you've fought the silence in the tower.
Turn on the record player at the top of the lighthouse.
Requires achievement progression from Prologue to Day 2.
Day 4: The Fog
The High Priestess You've performed the ceremony.
Pick up the dead seagull from the kitchen. Get the shovel as well as all the other tools available in the shed. Dig a grave in front of your abode and bury the animal.
The Emperor As expected, you've kept your domain clean.
Get onto the roof your abode and fix it. Get back inside and tidy up the kitchen: mop the floor, repair the shelves and put every utensil back to to its place. Get some fresh air.
Requires achievement progression from Day 1 to 3.
The Magician You've followed the signs.
Grab the medallion from the kitchen floor and slot it. Open the chest and grab the shotgun, the shells and the shell holder.
Requires achievement progression from Day 1 to 3.
The Fool You've picked the wrong target.
Shoot the seagull found at the lighthouse balcony.

THE ISLAND: 2nd VISIT
The Star Then came a sign brought through a blurry vision.
As you move towards the church at night, drop by the toolshed and get the shovel. By the morning, dig the mound on the hallowed ground and open up the casket.
THE TEMPLE: 3rd SECTION
The Chariot You've went through the dangers.
Get caught three times as you go after the four medallions. Accept the relief.
THE TEMPLE: 4th SECTION
As long as you have the shotgun, the choice falls on you: fight or flee.
Fighting is recommended for the first time, as you keep the weapon on chapter selection.
Wheel of Fortune And yet both your fortune and doom are your own achievement.
Do not get hit while fighting the beast. Restart as needed.
The Empress You've proved your courage.
Kill the beast. - Ending 1/3

Catch up with your prey before they flee to safety.

Feast on the opposer. - Ending 2/3
---
Start from Day 5 or 6.
Epilogue
Either kill the beast or feast on the opposer - once more.
---
Judgement Now, when you've accepted the burden.
Once all the six candles in the church are lit, enter the cellar found behind the altar within. Shoulder the skeleton and make your way to the lighthouse balcony where a shovel is to be found. Travel to the hallowed ground and bury the dead.
Requires the achievements The Hanged Man, The Emperor, Wheel of Fortune, The Star, The Lovers and The Moon.
The World The isolation ended.
Once you bury the dead, get on the boat and leave the island behind. - Ending 3/3
Requires the achievement Judgement.
Major Arcana Now, you rest in peace.
Get all the other achievements. Platinum.
Afterword
If you need detailed descriptions on how to unlock the achievements, my pal Muckelchen covers most of them in his guide that focuses on the Director's Cut update:
If you want to play the original release that is pretty much an alternate cut as of now, you can do so by opting for it from the Betas tab, as described by the developer himself:
Finally, in case you need help while playing the original release, take a look at Forced Descent's step-by-step walkthrough that also has maps for the maze and the temple sections:
Feel free to comment if you require further assistance.

I can confirm that stepping out to the main gallery of the lighthouse after oiling it up is a necessary step for the hanged man achievement. He wasn't showing up for me until i went all the way back up to the main gallery from the shore and walking back out of the lighthouse again.

For 'Wheel of Fortune', be sure not to get hit even once while fighting the beast on Day 4. For 'Lovers', you need to catch the keeper before he leaves the scene on Day 6.

Sqwegoo, you have to catch up with the keeper. He does not run out of ammo, and as far as I remember, you can only take two shots (the third results in death). So keep dodging and try to close the distance by circling around the central pedastal. As the battle goes on, the keeper gets more and more tired, thus runs at a slower pace by the by. Once you reach him, he is done for.
