No, more like a 50% resistance to fire would be realistic, cause it wouldn't be the fire that would kill someone in this kind of suit, its the lack of oxygen and overheating, not burning to death by the fire eating your flesh.

The arms need to be fixed otherwise and i'd suggest give him a racial bonus of 100% fire resistance.
