OMEGA - Latvian Elite Counter-Terrorist Unit [BETA V. 0.4]

Description
Founded in 1992, just after Latvia's independence from the Soviet Union, OMEGA was created to serve as the first response unit against terrorist attacks.

- Add one kit (uniform, vest, helmet and patch) from ARAS (Lithuanian Police Special Forces)

- Fix item icons (they are kinda lame right now)
- Complete mod description (Latvian and Russian languages)

I am actually increasing content in the community and spreading it. One mod does not exclude the other.

Indeed, modding really isn't a competition at its core. It would be if people could pick only one Latvian mod, but they can run whichever ones they want in whatever quantity they want.

As far as I see, this isn't a competition.

I'm not getting money out of it, nor taking away from other people.

I just want to promote my mod, and I did so in a workshop mod that depicts Latvian units too.

Whats the problem?
