Description
This mod adds the Axis Order from Konosuba led by Aqua. She has her own religion and has full custom dialogue!

Made and tested with only Brave New World.

UA: Goddess of the Axis Order - The capital provides 2 faith and spreads religion 500% faster. 20% extra tourism bonus from shared religion.

UB1: Hot Spring - Replacing the Watermill, it provides no food/production and has 3 maintenance instead of 2. But it provides 1 gold from river tiles. Still requires the city be built on a river. Provides 2 Tourism at Radio.

UB2: Statue of Aqua - It replaces the Stone works. In addition to the usual benefits it provides 2 faith, as well as 2 faith from Marble and 1 from Stone. It still requires one of these improved, and can not be built in plains. Provides 1 tourism at theology.

Strategy - Aqua's unique buildings can provide a lot of tourism but require particular city placement due to their building restrictions. Use her UA to spread her religion to capitalize on the bonus tourism from shared religion. She can generate a lot of faith and gold but her watermill replacement leaves her with less growth and production. In essence she will have a small but devoted population with lots of gold, just like her order from the anime.

Peace theme: Konosuba ost - Goddess
War theme: Konosuba ost - Steal

The intellectual property belongs to their respective owners. Big thanks to the Fire Emblem modder discord and especially Kiang, Chrisy15, Mathetes, (Screw you Noire), and Kobasco. They have helped me so much in my efforts to create mods.

(Watching the Kurenai Densetsu OVA really made me want to make a konosuba civ. Honestly the ova was even better than the show.) Funfact, her cities are named after "water" in different languages, and her spies are named after "Goddess" in different languages. Feedback welcome.

@Lunar Magister "I was too concerned with whether I could I forgot to think about whether I should."
That's a common theme among modders, I hear. XD

I've been working on Megumeme, honestly. Finished most of her stuff, actually. Just need to tweak her UA, do her peace/war theme and do her dialogue, iirc.

@Lunar Magister This is one of the few civs with situational stuff that I actually wanted to play. Bravo. Now, please make Megumin's civ when you have the time. Cheers.
