Method 1:

1. Open file explorer
2. Go to documents
3. Go to My games folder
4. Create a new folder called ''Borderlands'' and open it
5. Create a folder called ''GameSaves'' and open it
6. Create a notepad file and rename it with extension to: ''save0001.sav''

That's all!

Method 2:

If you have files from your saves anywhere, you could just use them as well.
It's all the same as above, except you paste your real save file instead of creating one.
