Description
For When You Decide You'd Rather Use that Sheet for Something Else
Many recipes call for ripped sheets and do not let you use sterilized rags. This lets you turn them back into ripped sheets if you want to use them for something else. Useful if you've fully upgraded your medical supplies to bandages.

there's not really a good word that comes to my mind for "downgrade" so i'll just use the word "change", attempting a portuguese translation.

Pretty sure, yea. It's a pretty basic A->B recipe so I don't think much has changed about the game that could have broken it.

In your main inventory you need to be carrying a "ripped sheet", and either a bottle of whiskey or an empty glass bottle and a container of gasoline. Right click on any of those things and there will be an option to craft one in the menu.
