Deskripsi
Overview
Civilizations Expanded is a comprehensive mod that overhauls and buffs the abilities of every single Civilization in the game.

Every single Leader ability, Civilization ability, unique district, unique building, and unique improvement has been buffed to be more exciting and engaging. The goal was to make all Civilizations strong and fun.

Alternately, you can scroll through the screenshots of each civilization above.

General Gameplay Changes
  • All Civilizations can now work Mountain tiles.
  • Petra and St. Basil's Cathedral provide their bonuses to Mountain tiles.
  • Huey Teocalli's bonus applies to Lake natural wonders.
  • The Nobel Prize competition will occur without Sweden.
  • Ski Resorts have been updated to provide yields and be workable.

Required DLC
The following DLC are REQUIRED to use Civilizations Expanded:
  • Australia
  • Aztec
  • Indonesia + Khmer
  • Macedon + Persia
  • Nubia
  • Poland
  • Rise & Fall
  • Gathering Storm
All other DLC, such as the New Frontier Pass DLC, are optional, but are fully supported by this mod.

Mod Compatibility
This mod is FULLY compatible with:
  • Steel and Thunder
  • Warfare Expanded
  • All other mods (except those listed below), including modded civilizations and leaders.
A note regarding Steel & Thunder and Warfare Expanded:
If either mod is active, the conflicting unit changes from my mod will be blocked, ensuring full compatibility. However, the unique unit's text will still reflect my mod. This does NOT affect game play or compatibility, so don't worry.

A note regarding Sui Generis: Using this mod and Sui Generis together will work fine, but there is overlap with some bonuses.

This mod is NOT compatible with:
  • My old Improved Civilization mods
  • My Phoenicia and Norway reworks
  • Any other mod that reworks or changes an existing Civilization or Leader
  • Any other mod that allows all civilizations to work mountains or affects the Ski Resort

Companion Mods
The Civilizations Expanded mod collection contains other mods that I've designed specifically to work with Civilizations Expanded.

Current mods in this collection are:
Gold Deflation, a mod that makes Gold less abundant and therefore more relevant.
Extended Eras, a game pacing mod that slows the game down and improves the balance of research costs.

@lew i tried your workaround and it did not work. disabled all mods too. any ideas?

A workaround for multiplayer if anyone needs :)

Edit the `Civilizations Expanded.modinfo` file in the workshop folder.
Remove line 441 (`<File>Core/Base/CX_Norway.sql</File>`) or replace it with

<!-- <File>Core/Base/CX_Norway.sql</File> -->
```
to comment it out.

Obviously disables the improvements for Norway, but multiplayer loads fine.

May not work with modded maps

Germany is missing a description:

Germany says "trade routes in destination" however looking through the code it's domestic trade routes only - is it a problem with description or code ? Just so I know which to change.

Love this mod btw, it's added SO MUCH to my civ playing time!
