Practically every gud run for me was ended into getting polymorphed, nothing killed me more unfairly as this mechanic. Dev should make at least some percentage polymorph like with fungal shift, but nuuh, u step in funny pixel having 20 mil hp and 20h run - u are sheep, u get one shot by random tier 1 mob. yeey.

reading the horror stories below was enough to get me to install this mod, can't imagine losing 10+ hours of progress to a "haha, funny pixel" mechanic... mortifying

I was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ god before I was hit with a random ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ spot of polymorph and instakilled.

barely made it to a parallel world, accidentally took the portal, went back through the cursed rock, then got poly shot by a roaming bridge boss. ♥♥♥♥ this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mechanic. All because my teleport bolt decided "meh, I'm a long teleport bolt, you shot me too far ♥♥♥♥ you". then poly instant death. ♥♥♥♥ that, that's not skill that's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mechanic. Installing this now and forever more so my fun doesn't just get ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I'm seeing so many comments with my same issue lmao, let it be a skill issue but damn I just had my longest run end because of some poly, and I'm just so pissed because at the end of the day no matter how good your run was, if you're poly'd, you're now just a simple ass creature with no immunities and no health
