Description

This mod will make most of the textures around steelport a bit more cartoony.

DISCLAIMER: none of these textures are made by me, all of them were ported from a game called Gangstar: New Orleans which was made by Gameloft.

man this is great
personally i find it cooler with no shadows or reflections
it looks more like the simpsons hit and run

Hey Awesome mod,I love the dark green tree textures but one thing I'd like to know is that did this mod change the building textures too?they look awful imo but everything else looks fantastic
