Self-contained Miner [PROOF OF CONCEPT]

Beskrivelse
A single mining ship with both drills and a gravity generator. No longer is there a need for a large and small ship, this all-in-one miner makes the job easy and efficient!

As you may have guessed, the debris collection in this ship is functional due to a (large ship) gravity generator enclosed within the structure of the small ship and held in place by 5 landing gear. This means you must take care if you intend on docking this to another ship by attaching more landing gear to the miner (alternatively you could attach landing gear to the larger ship).
The turning should be fine as is, however still be mindful that sudden rotations may result in decoupling of the gravity generator within.

I made this before the thruster damage update.
Now it's pretty much obsolete because of large ship drills / mods.

There is three large thrusters where the cockpit connects inside the dish. The moment the ship tries to stop, the thrusters break the cockpit from the ship.

Thanks for all the feedback! As mentioned before, this is merely a proof of concept to see if this kind of thing would even work. I might make more changes in the future, and I'll probably end up using such a design in survival/multiplayer.

I noticed that some debris is not caught by the collection bin. A larger bin would prevent the loss of any debris.
