[OUTDATED] Robot Vacuum

Description
Simple robot vacuum. Construct at a smithy, no research required. Basically an animal with custom AI.

Obvious WIP, but stable enough to use in a save game. I'll flesh everything out some time in the future.

@TheLegendaryCommander Making more is from the Smithy, however I found they don't auto-deploy on build anymore, so the mod seems to be broken currently.

For being "robots" they have very long idle times and only short working times. Is that something that can be adjusted in their AI, how much of their time they work vs how much of the time they just idle around?
